Yolanda Rodriguez has extensive experience in human resources management, possessing over a decade of expertise in recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and payroll processing. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at both WindCom and PEMEX Procurement International, Yolanda has previously held similar positions at Westco Grounds Maintenance, Avangard Innovative, RAM Windows, Amazing Group Brands, Niko Niko's Restaurant, Sumner Manufacturing, G&K Services, and Martin Foods.
