Bob Jones has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Bob started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Hormel Foods- Dold Foods in 2000 and then moved on to Hormel Foods Corporation - Dan's Prize as a Human Resources Manager in 2001. In 2008, they joined Farmer John as a Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for developing and administering human resource policies, overseeing the safety and health program, and managing talent development. Bob served in this role until 2013 when they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Farmer John - Clougherty Packing, LLC. Bob then held Director of Human Resources positions at Hormel Foods, CytoSport, Inc., and Century Foods International before joining BLUES CITY BREWERY as a Human Resources Manager in 2020. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at City Brewing Company. Currently, Bob is serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Daybreak Foods, Inc.

Bob Jones attended Minnesota State University Moorhead from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business. In 2016, they completed the Food Industry Executive Program at USC Marshall School of Business. In 2015, they earned certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
