Rick Minshull

Rick Minshull is currently working at PenBay Media as a Ghost Pilot / RPO since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rick worked at the FAA from October 2012 to December 2020 as a Management & Program Analyst. From August 1982 to October 2012, Rick held the position of Director Admin & Finance for School of Aviation Sciences at Daniel Webster College. Rick's career in the FAA started in December 1975 as an Enroute Air Traffic Control Specialist at Boston ARTCC. Rick obtained a BS in Aviation Management from Daniel Webster College in 1977.
