Jane Grimes Meneely

Jane Grimes Meneely serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at PENCIL since January 2023, overseeing operations, financial transactions, and HR functions while promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. As Principal at JGM Consulting since November 2015, Jane has restructured leadership roles for non-profits and managed HR and operational frameworks for various organizations. Previous roles include Director of Special Projects at Interfaith Dental Clinic, Operations Manager at Podiatry Insurance Company of America, and Director of Operations at Uniguest, where Jane achieved significant cost savings and improved operational efficiencies. Jane holds a BA in Philosophy, Law & Rhetoric from Stephens College and completed a Mini-MBA Program at Belmont University.
