Alex Pagan

Alex Pagan currently serves as AVP of SBO Operations Support at PenFed Credit Union, a position held since December 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President of Operations Accounting & Control at Bank of America from May 2009 to December 2020 and as Vice President of Commercial Loan Operations at Citi from November 1997 to May 2009. Academically, Alex Pagan earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Texas and completed a Masters Certificate as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma for Financial Services at Villanova University.
