Phyllis Williams

Phyllis Williams, with a SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP certification, has a diverse background in HR. With experience at PenFed Credit Union as a Senior HR Representative and Texas Partners Federal CU as a Human Resources Officer, Phyllis also held roles at The Greenwood Group DBA Manpower. Phyllis also held other positions such as Designated Service Representative and Service Representative. Phyllis holds a BS in Management from Fayetteville State University and an AS in Interdisciplinary Studies from Cameron University.
