Korri Colón

Korri Colón, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Organizational Development at Pengate Handling Systems, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Korri held various positions in human resources, including Regional Human Resources Manager at Red Lion Controls from May 2018 to February 2022 and Human Resources Generalist II at Glatfelter from May 2016 to May 2018. At Glatfelter, Korri developed strong relationships with both salaried and union leaders, facilitating grievance resolutions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Representative at Schindler Elevator Corporation and as a Human Resources Generalist at Kelvion, focusing on conflict resolution and onboarding. Korri earned an MBA in Continuous Improvement from York College of Pennsylvania in 2016, following a B.S. in Business Management from the same institution in 2013.
