Kathy Kittelsen Young

Kathy Kittelsen Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kathy'smost recent role was as the Senior Director and Meta Business and Program Manager at Penguin Computing, where they led the program with Meta to deliver the AI Research SuperCluster (RSC). Prior to that, they worked at FirstBank in the Project Management Office (PMO) from 2018 to 2019. Kathy also has experience in the Office of Strategy Management at Pulte Mortgage from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they owned and served as a consultant at Alpine Magic LLC from 2002 to 2016. Kathy's extensive background in management consulting and leadership development includes being a Managing Director at The Regis Company from 2008 to 2012, where they developed and executed strategies and key projects. Kathy also had a significant role as a Principal at CGI from 1988 to 2000.

Kathy Kittelsen Young holds an MBA degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Kathy also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. Prior to their undergraduate and graduate studies, Kathy attended Williston Northampton School. In addition to their academic achievements, Kathy has completed various certifications including Introduction to AI in the Data Center from NVIDIA and is a Certified ScrumMaster®. Kathy has also pursued certifications in Organization Development and Change Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute.
