Sonal Collins

Sonal Collins is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the Trucking, Marine Transportation, Logistics, and Real Estate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Peninsula Truck Lines, Inc. since 2023, Sonal has previously held similar leadership roles at Devco Residential Group, Kemper Development Company, and Northland Transportation Company. An MBA graduate from the UW Foster School of Business, Sonal also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Human Resources from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from North Seattle College. Throughout the career, Sonal has consistently demonstrated leadership by developing and overseeing HR functions across multiple organizations.
