Chad Davis

Chad Davis is an experienced security and law enforcement professional currently serving as the Director of Security & Surveillance at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since July 2014. In this role, Chad manages daily operations of the Security department and oversees personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Additionally, Chad has been a Deputy Sheriff with the Mahoning County Sheriff's Department since March 2007. Prior to these roles, Chad served as Corporate Sales Director and General Manager at Catullo Prime Meats, where responsibilities included managing in-store, field, and e-commerce sales, as well as overseeing expansion efforts that significantly boosted business. Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University and has completed training at the Youngstown State Police Academy.
