Caitlyn Anderson

Caitlyn Anderson, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Caitlyn most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Penn Highlands Healthcare, where they provided direction, established policies and procedures, and oversaw the hiring and evaluation of staff. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Representative at Westmoreland Casemanagement and Supports, Inc., and as an Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Researcher at Aviation Search Group, specializing in executive and technical search programs for the aviation industry. Caitlyn began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Waddell & Reed.

Caitlyn Anderson, MBA, SHRM-CP, holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from PennWest California, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in October 2021.
