Rhonda Halstead MSM is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as Regional Market President for the Central Region at Penn Highlands Healthcare since May 2018, where responsibilities also include the role of President at Penn Highlands Clearfield and Vice President of Support Services at Penn Highlands DuBois. Previously, Rhonda held the position of Vice President of Operations and COO at HCA Healthcare from December 2015 to May 2018, overseeing ancillary and support services across multiple departments. Rhonda's career also includes a role as Vice President of Operations and Assistant Administrator at Rideout Health from July 2009 to 2015, and Director of Respiratory Therapy at HCA Gulf Coast Medical Center from February 2004 to July 2009. Additionally, Rhonda earned a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University.
