Nicole Carruth, CPCU has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Nicole began their career in 2000 as a Claims Representative at the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, where they worked until 2003. In 2003, Nicole joined Penn National Insurance as a WC Team Leader, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills for over 14 years. In 2017, they were promoted to Director, WC & Managed Care, a position they currently hold. Throughout their career, Nicole has gained expertise in workers' compensation and managed care, making their a valuable asset to any organization in the insurance industry.

Nicole Carruth, CPCU, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from York College of Pennsylvania from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications in AIC-M, AINS, CPCU, and SCLA, although the specific institutions and dates of these certifications are unknown.
