Thomas Korber

Thomas Korber has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in major pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Thomas currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Penn National Insurance since December 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Towers Watson from 2006. Thomas also held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 2005. Before that, they were the Human Resources Leader at Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals from 1996 to 2005. Thomas began their career as the Director of HR for the Commercial Business division at GlaxoSmithKline in 1995.

Thomas Korber attended Smithtown High School West from 1978 to 1981, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. After high school, they went on to Farmingdale State College from 1981 to 1983, focusing on Agricultural Economics and Pre-Veterinary studies. Thomas then transferred to Cornell University from 1983 to 1986, although the degree name and field of study are not specified.
