Michael Flynn

Michael Flynn is currently the Head of Security and Rules and Regulations Fundraising Safety Captain for Penn State THON™, overseeing fundraisers for over 300 organizations and managing $200K+ in annual donations. As a College of Engineering Career Services Student Envoy at Penn State University, Michael conducts weekly resume reviews and presents career service offerings to first-year students. Previous experience includes an M&A Advisory Intern role at PwC, a Management Consulting Start Intern position at PwC, and working as a Dockhand at the Pier 25 Marina in downtown Manhattan. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Penn State University, expected to graduate in 2025, following a high school diploma from Friends Seminary.
