David Lieb

David J. Lieb has over two decades of experience in higher education administration, currently serving as Senior Associate Vice President at Penn State University since 1999. Prior to this role, David held the position of Associate Vice President at California University of Pennsylvania from 1996 to 1999. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Higher Education from Penn State University, obtained between 1990 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed from 1982 to 1986.
