Lydell Sargeant

Lydell Sargeant is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in higher education and athletics. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development & Alumni Relations for the College of the Liberal Arts at Penn State University, Lydell previously held roles such as Director of Major Gifts for the College of Engineering at Penn State, Chief Development Officer at Morgan State University, and Assistant AD of Development at UCLA. Lydell’s career also includes positions as Director of Development at Marquette University and Utah Valley University, as well as significant experience with the NFL as an NFLPA Contract Advisor and as a cornerback for the Buffalo Bills. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University, a Master's degree from PennWest California, and a Doctor of Education from Grand Canyon University.
