Kevin Hankins

Kevin Hankins has a wealth of experience in maintenance and facilities management, with a career spanning over two decades. Kevin currently serves as the Vice President of Maintenance at Pennrose, after holding similar roles at Pegasus Residential and Post Properties. Prior to that, Kevin worked in various maintenance and management positions at companies such as Atlantic Realty Partners, The Finger Company, and The Balcor Companies. Kevin Hankins received their education from Gwinnett Technical College from 1990 to 1992.
