Jessica Smith Perry

Jessica Smith Perry is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in housing and development. Currently serving as the Director of Development at the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency since May 2021, Jessica previously held various leadership roles at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, including Director of Residential and Consumer Lending and Housing Opportunity Fund Director. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Religion from Westminster College.
