George Donnelly currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Pennsylvania State Senate, where leadership contributed to the creation of the innovative Whole Home Repairs program, securing over $120 million in discretionary funds and establishing the Senator's prominence in housing issues. Previously, as an attorney at the Public Interest Law Center, George focused on impact litigation for low-income tenants, achieving significant legal victories and extensive media coverage for tenant rights. Earlier experience includes a law clerk position with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where legal research and drafting were integral, and a teaching role at Maritime Academy Charter School. George Donnelly holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
