James Barber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. James began their career at RSA, where they held various positions such as Campaign Production for MORE TH>N, Customer Data Analyst for MORE TH>N, and Digital Analyst. After leaving RSA, James co-founded LIFT THE VEIL Clothing and served as a Founding Partner. James then joined Expedia Group, where they worked as a Senior Experimentation Analyst for Hotels.com, followed by roles as Digital Analytics Manager for Hotels.com and Senior Manager of Product Management for Hotels.com and Expedia Group. In 2021, James joined Digital Fineprint as the Head of Product, responsible for shaping the company's product strategy and roadmap. Currently, they are employed at Penny Black as the VP of Customer and Product, focusing on developing their award-winning platform in line with customer needs and building an innovative marketing application.
James Barber completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Geography at the University of Southampton from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2019.
