Leslie Prock

Leslie Prock, SPHR, SHRM SCP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources. From 1995 to 2015, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Union Standard Insurance Group. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, recruitment, benefits administration, policy development, and employee relations. Leslie also aligned human resources goals with company goals and managed the department using a participative management style. Since 2015, they have been the First Vice President of Human Resources at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC.

Leslie Prock, SPHR, SHRM SCP holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of North Texas. Additionally, Leslie has obtained certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM and Senior Professional Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
