Melissa Black

Melissa Black is an experienced professional in the default servicing industry, currently serving as First Vice President at PENNYMAC since July 2018. Previously, Melissa held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Foreclosure at Fay Servicing, LLC and Director of Foreclosure at Ditech Financial LLC. With significant experience in foreclosure and bankruptcy management, Melissa also served as Director of Foreclosure & Bankruptcy at Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. and as Assistant Vice President at Lender Processing Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing client-specific service models and performance of onsite operations. Melissa holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of West Florida.
