Brian McCall

Salesforce Practice Lead at Penrod

Brian McCall is the Salesforce Practice Lead at Penrod. Brian has over three years of experience in Salesforce, and has been with Penrod for just over six months. Prior to their current position, Brian was the Salesforce Practice Director at eightCloud. Brian was with eightCloud for just over three years, and was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Salesforce practice leadership, developing and ensuring adherence with industry and company guidelines, as well as the launch of new company initiatives to drive growth and efficient operations. Brian was also responsible for facilitating employee development and account management associated with project SOW and annual Managed Services ($5M revenue).

While at eightCloud, Brian introduced revolutionary, lightweight solutions that can be replicated and result in the high-performing teams (15 onshore and eight offshore). Brian also decreased attrition and practice overhead through the implementation of data-driven leadership and solutions. As a result of these initiatives, Brian was able to achieve 20% in YoY growth as a result of strategic delivery collaborations with the Sales department and creation of accelerators, reusable assets, and targeted employee development. In addition, they improved practice operations, skillset sharing, and mentorship through the transition of a siloed team to a self-managed POD team that worked collaboratively. Finally, Brian was able to maintain attrition at near-zero as a result of a PSA solution launch, the sourcing / onboarding of an offshore practice, and introduction of a standardized Agile methodology.

Brian McCall has a Master of Organizational Leadership from Regis University, a Bachelor of Science in Politcal Science from Southern Oregon University, and various certifications from Salesforce, Scrum Alliance, and Project Management Institute.

They work with Michael Connelly - Salesforce Consultant, Chris Wiemer - Salesforce Developer, and Jordan Ehrhardt - Salesforce Specialist. Their manager is Gabe Rholl, Director, Salesforce Development.
