Gulin Yolac Aksencer has a varied work experience, beginning in 2011 with a role as a Commis de Cuisine at the house cafe. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at 28 Events as an Event Supervisor and at Yolaç Halıcılık as a Managing Partner. Most recently, they have been a Data Analyst at Pensa Systems since 2021.
Gulin Yolac Aksencer received their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from Yeditepe University between 2007 and 2011. Prior to this, they attended The Koç School from 2002 to 2007 and graduated with a High School diploma.
