Head of Growth at Pensight

Tengiz Meskhi is currently the Head of Growth at Pensight. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy CIO and Head of Agile at Bank of Georgia from September 2019 to August 2021. There, they programmed automated test scripts for the BBC Music app in Cucumber and Ruby, developed features and fixed bugs according to user stories on Android for the BBC Music app, and carried out load testing on application back-end using jMeter. Before Bank of Georgia, Tengiz worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from October 2017 to July 2019. There, they managed the Money&Co. Portfolio Service (MPS) clients' accounts by assessing the allocation of funds in their portfolios and tailoring them to the clients' needs, oversaw the daily administration of reinvestments and new client set up, created an Excel model to calculate interest rates using the Modified Dietz formula in order to draft and send quarterly reports to MPS clients, tested and improved the production website, and generated marketing ideas and techniques for new campaigns. Tengiz's first job was as a Software Developer at Apadmi Ltd from March 2016 to September 2016. After that, they worked as an Account Manager at Money&Co. from September 2015 to March 2016.

Tengiz Meskhi has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Tengiz also has an A Level in Mathematics, Physics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, General Studies from Altrincham Grammar School for Boys. Tengiz is certified from LinkedIn in Solving Business Problems and Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master.
