Radika Abeydeera

Radika Abeydeera's work experience includes holding the role of Head of Compensation and Benefits at Pension Insurance Corporation since February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at AmTrust International from November 2019 until February 2021. From July 2018 to August 2019, they worked as an Associate Director Financial Services Reward at Deloitte. Radika also served as the Head of Reward UK at Prudential UK from July 2014 to June 2018. Before that, they held positions such as Executive Compensation Senior Manager at HSBC, Reward Operations Manager at EDF Energy, and Reward Manager at BNP Paribas Investment Partners. Radika has also worked at Westpac Banking Corporation, Hewitt Associates, and Ernst & Young in various roles related to performance and reward.

Radika Abeydeera completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cass Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Honours) degree in Economics and Business Finance from Brunel University London, graduating between 2000 and 2004.
