Rajes Ryder

Rajes Ryder has extensive experience in the field of internal audit. They currently hold the position of Head of Internal Audit at Pension Insurance Corporation plc since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Audit Consultant at RR Advisory Services from August 2018. Before that, they served as a Senior Internal Audit Manager at Rothesay Life from July 2016 to July 2018. Rajes also worked as an Audit Manager at Prudential Assurance from November 2013 to June 2016 and as an Audit Manager at Old Mutual Wealth from November 2008 to April 2013. They began their career at AIG in May 2008 as an internal auditor and also held multiple roles at Metropolitan from July 1997 to December 2007, including Head: Internal Audit Technical Services, Audit Manager, and Head - Accounting Systems and Reconciliation.

Rajes Ryder completed a Master's in Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, Rajes also earned a Bachelor of Accounting Science (B Compt) degree from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, specializing in Accounting and Auditing.
