Antonietta Cicerone

Antonietta Cicerone, CPA, currently serves as the Vice Chair and Board Member at the Pension Investment Association of Canada, where responsibilities include chairing Board meetings, leading annual Tactical and Strategic Planning processes, and liaising with the Executive Director. With extensive experience at the CN Investment Division from July 2000 to May 2024, Antonietta held various roles, including Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Risk and Governance, and Chair of Enterprise Risk Oversight, where collaboration with business partners led to the development of risk management tools and incident response systems. As Head of Finance, Antonietta directed a large team in strategic and financial management, while also acting as Comptroller, where oversight of accounting and compliance was paramount. Early in the career, roles included Manager of Corporate Accounting and Manager of Operations, enhancing financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Antonietta holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from McGill University.
