Daniel Leith is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity investment. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager for the Pension Protection Fund since March 2021, Daniel manages the global private equity programme, focusing on commitments to various fund types and co-investment strategies. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Managing Director for Private Markets at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from October 2018 to January 2021, overseeing commitments to multiple international funds. Daniel's earlier positions include Managing Director at UBS, where responsibilities encompassed European Private Markets Distribution and investment committees, as well as advising clients on private equity investments at Cambridge Associates. Daniel began a career in private equity as an Investment Analyst at Santander Bank, N.A. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter and has completed a Level 4 Diploma in Investment Advice from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
