Syed Shujaat Ali

Syed Shujaat Ali is a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with Penske Australia & New Zealand since March 2023, specializing in major data center projects across the APAC region and responsible for preparing electrical schematic drawings and single line diagrams. Prior to this role, Syed served as a Technical Specialist at Cummins Inc. from January 2012 to December 2022, where expertise included modeling and designing a 500KW Microgrid power plant project for an African customer using Homer Pro & Homer Grid software, as well as conducting power system analysis with ETAP and SKM Power. Earlier experience includes tenure as a Project Application Engineer at Allied Engineering & Services Limited from April 2008 to January 2012, focusing on feasibility studies and selection of power plant equipment. Academic credentials include an MBA from Murdoch University, a Master's degree in Electric Power Systems from NED University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
