Jason Nichol

Jason Nichol is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Penske Automotive Group since June 2022. With a rich background at Sidley Austin LLP, where Jason has held positions as Associate and Senior Managing Associate since September 2016, Jason also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from August 2015 to August 2016. Earlier roles include Summer Associate positions at Sidley Austin LLP and Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, along with a unique experience as Artistic Manager of Jazz Ensembles on the Holland America Line "Volendam" cruise ship in 2010. Jason holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, as well as a degree in Music Performance, Double Bass, from Central Michigan University.
