Val Falcon

Val Falcon has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Val began their career in 1985 as an Active Duty member of the United States Marine Corps. After serving in the military for four years, they transitioned to Law Enforcement, where they held management positions from 1989 to 2008. In 2008, Val joined Penske Automotive Group (PAG) as a Security Director and held this role until 2010. Since then, they have been the Owner of IWS Properties, primarily engaging in buying, selling, and leasing real estate. Throughout their career, Val has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in various fields.

Val Falcon attended Kaplan University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
