Courtney Goldstein

Courtney Goldstein is Penske Media’s Vice President of Human Resources and provides HR business partner support to leadership, as well as employees of Penske Media brands and corporate business entities.

Courtney started her career practicing law as a licensed attorney in the State of New York and transitioned from law to talent and management acquisition, where she has successfully led organizational change through performance management practices and programs. Courtney previously implemented and shaped culture across organizations including Major, Lindsey & Africa, NBCUniversal, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and Millennium Trust Company.

Courtney maintains a strong commitment to the community through her role as past President of Support Council of the UCLA/Santa Monica Rape Foundation, founding member of CHIEF’s Los Angeles Clubhouse, and Advisory Board Member Cornell University Department of Communications.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Cornell University and a JD Degree in Civil Litigation Concentration from the University of Buffalo State University of New York.
