Dave Graff

Dave Graff is an experienced sales leader at Penske Truck Leasing, currently serving as the Director of Sales Effectiveness since October 2011. In this role, Dave aligns Field and Corporate Sales training strategies, trains coaches and sales teams on fleet solutions, and ensures that training remains relevant in a changing marketplace. Previously, as a Regional Sales Leader, Dave excelled in providing comprehensive solutions and training, focusing on areas such as statistical analysis, fleet management, contract negotiation, and customer service metrics. Earlier roles included Area Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at Penske Truck Leasing, complemented by Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1986 and 1990.
