Nick Burri Cic

Nick Burri CIC, ITP, CPIA is an experienced professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Director of Sales Effectiveness at The Hanover Insurance Group since March 2023. Burri has also held the position of Learning Manager at Hylant since November 2021 and has been the Learning and Development Manager at Frankenmuth Insurance since 2017, where responsibilities included establishing a Learning Academy for coaching 11,000 national agents. Prior to these roles, Burri was a Senior Learning Development Consultant at Farmers Insurance from 2000 to 2017, contributing to the training initiatives of a large network of independent agents. Burri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Davenport University.
