Shahid Khan

Shahid Khan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Architect at Pentagon System and Services Pvt. Ltd. since August 2016, Shahid previously held the position of Senior Customer Support Engineer at CMS IT SERVICES from February 2012 to August 2016, where responsibilities included utilizing Manage Engine Ticketing Tool for end-user support and monitoring various Cisco routers and switches. Prior to that, Shahid worked as a Senior Desktop Engineer at Svn System Technologies - India, managing L1 support for the TATA MPLS Network and overseeing Cisco switch management. Shahid began the career journey as a Desktop Engineer at Microland, providing remote support for technical issues and software installations. Shahid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Dnyan Prasarak Shikshan Sansthas Sandesh College of Arts, Commerce and Science, completed in 2006.
