Inês Ayer is a multifaceted professional with experience in design, mentorship, and advocacy. Currently serving as a Grace Farms Foundation Delegate at One Young World and a Senior Designer at Pentagram, Inês also founded aliquoti to support BIPOC mothers in self-advocacy. As the founder and Art Director of Studio Ayer, Inês has successfully executed over 80 projects globally, including a significant rebranding for Iscte, one of Portugal's largest universities. Inês holds prestigious fellowships, including membership in The RSA and involvement with Próxima Geração as a mentor, focusing on empowering youth for political change. Inês's educational background includes multiple Master’s degrees and specialized courses in design and innovation from renowned institutions such as the School of Visual Arts and the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia.
