Alvin Khin Seong Tan

Alvin Khin Seong Tan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in leadership and operations management across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd since September 2022, Alvin has effectively implemented Total Preventive Maintenance and enhanced plant output through strategic analysis and risk assessments. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd, where significant improvements in OEE were achieved, and Maintenance Manager at Filtermation (Mfg) Sdn Bhd, recognized for implementing automation and reducing operational costs. With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Occupational Health and Safety Management, Alvin holds degrees from National University of Malaysia and Open University Malaysia, respectively, and a diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from UCSI University.
