Ofri Shefer - Gilat

Ofri Shefer - Gilat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue enablement, learning, and development. Currently serving as the Revenue Enablement Manager at Pentera since September 2023, Ofri previously held the role of Learning Partner at Riskified from April 2021 to September 2023. Ofri's background includes consulting and project management in learning and development at Lotem, as well as instructional design. Ofri pursued a Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology and Human Factors Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2020, and also taught a marketing course as a teaching assistant. Earlier roles include managing entrepreneurship programs at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, leading marketing and fundraising efforts at the Movement for Quality Government in Israel, coordinating youth guidance at AUY movement, and serving as Company Commander in the Israeli Defense Forces. Ofri holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
