Tyler Bascom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tyler started their career as a Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Coniston and later took on the role of Adventure Camp Trip Leader & International Staff Coordinator. In 2010, they worked as a Building Manager at the University of New Hampshire. Tyler then gained experience in the sales field, starting with a role as a Social Media/Marketing Intern at Title Mortgage Solution, LLC. Tyler later joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they worked in management and played a key role in generating new business opportunities and improving branch efficiency. Tyler has also held various sales development positions at Zerto, where they contributed to achieving sales targets, sourcing new customers, and scheduling product demonstrations. Currently, they are the Director of Sales Development - Americas at Pentera, a leading company in Automated Security Validation. In addition, they are a member of Pavilion since 2022.
Tyler Bascom completed their education at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Plymouth State University from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Tyler has obtained several certifications, including Excel 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn and Zerto Certified Associate: Foundations 8.0 and ZCP: Sales from Zerto, all in the year 2020.
