Daniel Taitz has a long and varied work experience spanning over 30 years. From 1986 to 1989, they worked as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Daniel then moved to Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP where they worked as a Partner and Associate from 1989 to 1999. From 1999 to 2008, they were the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Oxygen Media. Daniel then became the SVP, Affiliate Relations Business Affairs at Univision from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, as well as the Interim Chief Executive Officer, at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Founder of Katama Consulting, where they advised small and middle market businesses in media and lifestyle sectors. Since 2019, they have been an Advisor at Evryday and from 2015 to 2019, they held the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Penthera, where they developed software solutions for the media industry.

Daniel Taitz attended Trinity College-Hartford from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a B.A. in History. Daniel then attended Cornell Law School from 1983 to 1986, where they earned their J.D. in Law.
