We are looking for a dedicated Product Marketing Manager to join our team and make a real impact in Poland, Austria & Baltics. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team.
  • Manage product launches from planning to execution, ensuring successful market entry and growth.
  • Set pricing proposals to achieve revenue and gross margin goals, aligning with Sales and Pricing departments.
  • Conduct market research to identify local needs, competitor offerings, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Organize and manage local events, workshops, and educational programs to promote new products and engage key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, scientific societies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support local sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to drive product promotion and sales.
  • Travel within assigned regions as needed to support sales and marketing activities (approximately 50-60% travel).

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in product management or healthcare marketing are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales roles within the medical devices sector, specifically in interventional therapies.
  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and healthcare trends.
  • Proven experience managing product launches from conception to post-launch analysis.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Based in Poland
  • Native proficiency in Polish, fluent in English, proficiency in German
