Marvelle R.

Marvelle R. has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles and organizations. They started their career as a Financial Aid Assistant at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 2005. They then joined Ambrose Employer Group, LLC in 2006, starting as an HR Assistant and progressing to roles such as Manager of Client Services and eventually Director of Human Resources.

In 2013, Marvelle R. moved to TriNet, where they held multiple positions including Director of Human Resources, Director of Organizational Effectiveness, HR Business Partner, and Director of Compensation Consulting. They worked at TriNet until 2020.

In 2021, Marvelle R. joined Bridgewater Associates as a Manager of Executive Finance and Senior HR Business Partner. Subsequently, they transitioned to Penumbra, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of HR Business Partner & Employee Relations.

Throughout their work history, Marvelle R. has consistently demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation consulting, and client services.

Marvelle R. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics with minors in Economics, Business, and Broadcast Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Marvelle R. also has multiple certifications, including the Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) certification from the Human Capital Institute and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. They obtained the DDI FCP (Facilitation Certification Process) certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Recently, Marvelle R. completed a certification titled "Nano Tips for Finding Happiness Through Empathy with Shadé Zahrai" from LinkedIn in 2023.
