Divan Gradwell

Divan Gradwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, consulting, and communication. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet since October 2023, Divan previously held managerial roles at Noetic and co-hosted the Candour Communication Podcast, focusing on interpersonal communication. With a significant tenure at Ecolab from 2015 to 2022, Divan advanced through positions from Business Analyst to ANZ Supply Chain Planning Manager, optimizing inventory and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Divan’s early career included an engineering role at Queensland Alumina Ltd., supported by a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from UNSW, along with additional training in public speaking and business management.
