Shauna O'Carroll

Shauna O'Carroll is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media advisement, strategic communications, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Media Adviser at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet since January 2021, Shauna manages media inquiries and oversees media logistics for significant events. Prior roles include Communications Business Partner at eHealth NSW, where Shauna developed and executed communication campaigns, and Communications Advisor at the NSW Public Service Commission, focused on disability employment initiatives. Additionally, Shauna has contributed to organizations such as Liquor & Gaming NSW and Cancer Council NSW, implementing digital marketing strategies and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
