Kait Schneider

Kait Schneider is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partner enablement and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Enablement at Plusgrade since October 2022, Kait focuses on driving product adoption and creating elevated partner programs that emphasize community collaboration and customer feedback. Prior roles at sherpa° include VP of Strategic Partnerships, where Kait drove innovation and growth, and Director of Partner Success, overseeing a team dedicated to account management and solutions onboarding. Kait's career also includes co-founding Stonemark Design & Construction, where operational and design management was key, and roles at Loblaw Companies Limited and Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd., where notable expertise in category management and merchandising was developed. Kait holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Guelph.
