Emily Stowe

Emily Stowe is a seasoned executive recruiter and leadership talent specialist with extensive experience in the technology and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Venture-6 since November 2015, Emily focuses on recruiting leadership and AI strategy talent for high-growth tech companies and digital agencies. Additionally, since June 2021, Emily collaborates with People Project on CTO and CPO searches. Prior to these roles, Emily founded and managed Evolution Search, Inc., a boutique firm dedicated to identifying leadership talent for Fortune 500 and innovative startups. Emily's experience also includes serving as Managing Director of the Human Capital Search Practice at Green Key Resources and as an Executive Recruiter at The Execu|Search Group. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Macalester College, attained in 1999.
