Qa/qc Analyst

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and and detail-oriented QA/QC Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be  responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications across various systems. This role requires a strong understanding
of both manual and automated testing methodologies to identify defects and drive continuous improvement in software quality.

Key Responsibilities:
●   Conduct comprehensive software testing and quality assurance across multiple systems including AIM, PIDS/RSBI, RPM/CMNT, TPS/LOS, and Documentum.
●   Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
●   Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, ensuring that software meets established quality standards before release.
●   Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.
●   Perform regression testing to validate fixes and changes made to the software.
●   Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements to ensure testability.
●   Continuously monitor and enhance the QA processes, suggesting and implementing improvements where necessary.
●   Generate detailed reports on testing activities, defects, and overall software quality for review by management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
●   Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or related field.
●   3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance across various systems.
●   Familiarity with multiple systems such as AIM, PIDS/RSBI, RPM/CMNT, TPS/LOS, and Documentum.
●   Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify defects and improve software quality.
●   Experience with both manual and automated testing tools.
●   Excellent communication skills to work across different application groups.
