Jyotsna K. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and development. Jyotsna started their career at Asset Language Academy as a Learning and Development Coordinator, where they worked from January 2009 to February 2011. Jyotsna then moved on to Saint Teresa School, where they held the position of Curriculum Development Lead from February 2011 to March 2012.

Currently, Jyotsna is working as a Talent Scout at American Red Cross via People Science, starting from September 2022.
Jyotsna K. pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Asia Pacific Institute of Management from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Delhi University between 2003 and 2006.
In addition to their formal education, Jyotsna also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of Human Resources. These certifications include "Human Resources in the On-Demand Economy," "Recruiting Talent with Social Media," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," "Talent Sourcing," and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn, all obtained in March 2022. In April 2019, Jyotsna completed the certification program "Managing Talent" from the University of Michigan and the 5-course specialization "Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers" from the University of Minnesota. The specialization included certifications in "Managing Employee Compensation," "Managing Employee Performance," "Preparing to Manage Human Resources," and "Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees," all obtained in March 2019.
