Jyotsna K. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and development. Jyotsna started their career at Asset Language Academy as a Learning and Development Coordinator, where they worked from January 2009 to February 2011. Jyotsna then moved on to Saint Teresa School, where they held the position of Curriculum Development Lead from February 2011 to March 2012.

In 2017, Jyotsna joined The Learning Experience as a Training Specialist, a role they held from October 2017 to February 2018. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at The Goddard School in Ohio from February 2018 to March 2019.

Jyotsna then transitioned to a role as a Training and Development Specialist at Teleperformance, USA from April 2019 to August 2019. In this role, they provided training to a team of customer service professionals and was responsible for quality control and customer service feedback.

In 2020, Jyotsna joined Rootshell Inc as a Technical Recruiter, where they worked from January 2020 to March 2021.

Jyotsna then moved on to work at People Science, starting as a Talent Advisor at Two Chairs from May 2021 to September 2021. Jyotsna'sresponsibilities in this role included recruiting for engineering and product-focused positions. Jyotsna continued their work at People Science as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the American Red Cross from September 2021 to March 2022.

Later, they became a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Citizen via People Science from March 2022 to September 2022. In this role, Jyotsna was responsible for building and maintaining candidate pipelines for various positions and developing sourcing strategies.

Currently, Jyotsna is working as a Talent Scout at American Red Cross via People Science, starting from September 2022.

Jyotsna K. pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Asia Pacific Institute of Management from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Delhi University between 2003 and 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Jyotsna also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of Human Resources. These certifications include "Human Resources in the On-Demand Economy," "Recruiting Talent with Social Media," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," "Talent Sourcing," and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn, all obtained in March 2022. Jyotsna also acquired the certification of "People Analytics" from the University of Pennsylvania in February 2020 and became a "Tech Recruitment Certified Professional" from Devskiller in the same month. In April 2019, Jyotsna completed the certification program "Managing Talent" from the University of Michigan and the 5-course specialization "Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers" from the University of Minnesota. The specialization included certifications in "Managing Employee Compensation," "Managing Employee Performance," "Preparing to Manage Human Resources," and "Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees," all obtained in March 2019.
